The service from UK Activity Breaks is aimed at Dorset businesses which want an alternative to a festive sit down meal, after local owners asked for ideas for end of year events.
It connects firms in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch with activity providers for team socials, away days, retreats and celebrations, including Gorcombe Extreme Sports, Wild Forge Outdoors, Rotor Adventures Off Road School, Insight Activities Dorset, Laser Quest and Clue HQ Escape Rooms.
Founder Helena Prager said the service is for the colleague who gets handed the job of organising the Christmas do. “That’s exactly who we want to help,” she said.
Businesses share their group size and the type of experience they want, then receive suitable activity options. Suggested choices include laser tag, paintball, escape rooms, bushcraft, archery, off road biking, quad biking, footgolf and rock climbing.
