Police are investigating a collision involving 2 cars on Church Road in Ferndown this week.
The crash happened at around 5pm on Wednesday 26 August 2026, when a black Nissan Qashqai and a silver car were involved, and officers confirmed no injuries were reported afterwards.
A woman aged 49 from Ferndown was arrested on suspicion of driving offences and has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue following the incident on Church Road.
Police Constable Halle Meeks, of Dorset Police, said officers are "carrying out enquiries" and want to hear from witnesses or anyone with relevant camera footage from the area in Ferndown.
She said details had been exchanged between those involved, but the driver of the silver car left before officers arrived and has not yet been located as enquiries continue locally.
Police Constable Meeks said police are "keen to speak with you" if that driver comes forward, and also asked for any dashcam showing "anything of relevance" to be shared too.
