Direct winter flights from Bournemouth to Innsbruck are set to begin for the 2027 ski season.

The weekly TUI Airways service, offered through Crystal Ski Holidays, will run from 20 December 2027 until 4 March 2028 and will give travellers on the south coast a direct route to Austria’s Tyrol region.

The route will connect Bournemouth Airport passengers with ski areas including Mayrhofen, Obergurgl, Sölden and Seefeld, with packages available that combine flights, accommodation and transfers in a single booking for passengers who want flights from their local airport.

Scott Britton, Head of Crystal Ski Holidays, said "value and convenience" were important for customers when planning ski trips, and said flying from a local airport makes getting away easier for people near the south coast.

Steve Gill, Managing Director of Bournemouth Airport, said the addition of Innsbruck "gives customers even more choice" when planning winter holidays and described local departures as a quicker start to the journey.
