Both of Bournemouth's business improvement districts have secured another five years following successful votes by businesses.
Bournemouth Town Centre Business Improvement District received support from 183 of the 218 levy payers who voted, representing 83.9% of those taking part, and will now continue operating until 31 March 2032.
The Coastal Business Improvement District also won enough support for its 2027 to 2032 plan, with 113 of the 159 votes cast in favour, allowing it to operate until 30 June 2032.
Its result was announced by BCP Council Chief Executive and ballot holder Aidan Dunn at Chaplin's and The Cellar Bar on Thursday 5 November, while the town centre result was published on the council's website.
Each ballot had to pass 2 statutory tests, securing a majority from businesses voting as well as a majority measured by total rateable value, and the results confirmed that both requirements had been met.
Under the newly approved arrangements, projects will continue to be funded through a 1.75% levy in the town centre, while the coastal district will apply a 2% levy, reduced to 1.25% for offices.
